We are pleased to announce that we are growing our MediaPOINTE sales force. Bill Boardman is our new rep for the North- and Southeast supporting our distributor KBZ. Bill, who is located in Connecticut, brings with him many years of AV and VTC channel management, re-seller and business development experience in the Northeast and he will be leveraging his contacts and business relationships to promote high sales growth for our MediaPOINTE appliances.
Clay Moore has joined MediaPOINTE as the Senior Account Manager for the Mid- and Southwest United States. Project Management – while typical installation services get the equipment up and running, Project Management provides a customer with the high-touch communication that builds a comfort level during the lull between signing the PO and the physical installation, and reassurance that the customer has made an investment with the right partner.
End User Training – this training is designed to assist your employees in adopting the use of videoconferencing as a communication tool by becoming comfortable with how to use it. Since most people do not have time to figure out how the system works on their own, End-user Training provides a time efficient session that puts the remote control in the employee’s hand and lets people get used to the experience.
