TANDBERG Certification Training is available in California at AMD’s training center in Newbury Park – approximately 40 miles Northwest of Los Angeles. Class attendees receive training approved and directed by TANDBERG, and receive certification directly from TANDBERG.

TANDBERG Certified Technical Associate (TCTA-for Endpoints)
This 2 1/2-day course provides students an overview of videoconferencing as a whole with such topics as AV / Space, Configuration, Networks (ISDN and IP), Protocols, and core technologies (MCU, Gateway, etc.). Emphasis is placed on the TANDBERG 6000MXP. Labs include hands-on experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting with the TANDBERG 6000 MXP. You will earn 9 CTS Renewal Units from ICIA (InfoComm) for this course!

TANDBERG API Specialist (TAPIS - for T6000MXP Application Interface)
This 1/2-day class teaches technical personnel how to communicate with a Tandberg 6000MXP using the API interface port. This course is also applicable to those with AMX or Crestron experience. TANDBERG Certified Technical Associate (TCTE - for Infrastructure)
This 2 1/2-day certification course provides instruction on the Tandberg infrastructure products, including application configuration, capabilities and basic troubleshooting techniques. You’ll also earn 9 CTS Renewal Units from ICIA (InfoComm) for this course!

TANDBERG Certified TMS Specialist (TCTS - for TMS Software)
This 2-day certification course provides instruction on Tandberg TMS products, including application configuration and capabilities. Participants will learn to schedule and create ad-hoc conferences, and manage conferences. They will also learn how to install, configure and fine tune TMS, and manage and maintain video conferencing equipment from a System Administrator level. You’ll also earn 9 CTS Renewal Units from ICIA (InfoComm) for this course!

Partner only certification:  TANDBERG Certified Associate Partner (TCAP - for Endpoints and Bridges)
This 3-day course is an entry-level hands-on technical course. TCAP assists Technicians and Engineers to fully understand the features and overall operation of TANDBERG’s videoconferencing endpoints and infrastructure products including 6000 MXP, MPS and Codian. Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain TANDBERG equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills. This course is only open to Tandberg direct partners and Certified Dealers. Partner only certification: TANDBERG Certified Expert Partner
(TCEP - for Infrastructure)
This 2-day course is an advanced hands-on technical course. TCEP assists Technicians and Engineers to fully understand how to deploy advanced features in complex network architectures, such as dial plans, bandwidth management and firewall traversal. Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain TANDBERG Gatekeeper, TANDBERG Border Controller and TANDBERG Video Communication Server in converged H323/SIP environments.
